Each of the six semesters are divided into segments of 7 1/2 weeks.

First segment
Spent at college studying Caterpillar® specific courses and general education courses necessary for the associate degree.

Second Segment
The remainder of the semester is spent at a Cat® Dealer Service Center near the student’s home, working on Caterpillar® equipment. The time working in a dealer’s shop is a paid working internship and is credited by OSU-Okmulgee.

 

Each of the remaining five semesters follow the
same schedule, except that a $.50 an hour
increase in pay is given each semester.

Participating Dealers do offer a $1200.00 scholarship at $200.00 per semester.
